...All the Queen's Men
01:54
|
|||
I've got the key to the throne of our tyrannical leader
Jackets of jewels, cushioned velvet view of the people
Silk table cloth, table topped with her hunger
Wax candle clock, mantle stocked with his plunder
I walk up winding stone
With a dagger of their own,
To carve the castle's crimes
Into the armrest of the throne
Creep through the courtyard
My presence unknown,
I will slide my blade along
The skin royally sewn
I've got the key to the world of our ridiculous princess
A product of scandal, adored as a mistress
Lost in a lust-fuck of indulgent richness
The palatine beauty is hiding a slit wrist
But I'm not her savior, she's not on my wish list
I turned the key to the cage that holds the captives of power! Barricade the battalion! Townsmen send arrows down, Rain the queen's men off their stallions!

Please don't speak, nothing good comes from your mouth
Please don't speak, your words we can do without
Morality and decency have left me now
Don't apologize, the time has passed
I'm past annoyed, I'm past harassed
I wanna take your dull POV and ram it up your ass
Nothing good, nothing good comes outta your mouth (2x)
You're so full of shit, the smell is leaking from your face
Your massive gas planet is spinning outta space
Time can't save you but silence might
You're an asteroid, everyone's trying to avoid
Don't make eye contact, your whole life might be destroyed
I volunteer to tie the noose when your card is null and void
Nothing good, nothing good comes outta your mouth (2x)

4 Sides
01:38
|
|||
The good, the bad
the bad, the good
I guess it all depended on which side you stood...
Either way, there were two sides who both wanted a war. Not concerned for the third side no one routed for. Blood kept on spilling to prove who was right, Third side tried their best steering clear of their fight.
For when the battle had ended, no solution was found. Two sides deny they took part in bringing all three of them down
I've heard it before, I've heard it many times before
You've heard it too but there's nothing I can do to persuade you, convince you
You search the sunken ship for something to believe in, We dive the dumpsters of the Garden of Eden!
Joy - Sadness, Life - Death
That's "black & white" like "right & left"
Maybe all along our hearts were fighting back the same rage, Completely unaware we've been reading from the same page!
Joy - Sadness, Life - Death
That's "black & white" like "right & left"

Mooose

As I stopped to look around,
all that I see is falling down
What once fresh, since changed from green
Someone wake me from this dream
Where I just can't see through all the fog
I drive the car with no lights on
I end up in a wreck, head on collision with myself
You know the funny thing is, I don't really get it
Once I stopped to take a breath,
& threw up my soul down a trench
Only a shovel and a pale, to lay the sand over this hell
Trees are calling, "You're alone to find the way back to your home!"
I am a buried wishing well!
The funny thing is, I don't really get it

"See Ya In the Tar Pit!"
01:42
|
|||
Who's really in control of your underground market?
Some silly digi-troll springing leaks in your pocket
They've saved every wrinkled up, fading thin, hand-me-down garment
Starving artists bow to the clicks of false profits!
The entertainer robbed and rolled on the red carpet
You're cuttin' the cost 'cause you know you'll get tossed to the tar pits

the Marshall

7. |

Who's that knockin' at my door,
Collecting bills or troops for war?
Opinions decorate the block,
Who are you routing for?
They're all the same, playing life like a fucking game
You're picked last, to learn the rules and sell the name
Save and plan, or collect cans
Ya either own or work the land
Someday you'll enjoy it, man
With shaky stance, aching hands
Work hard, die harder
No reward for being an hourly martyr, baby
Who do you believe in?
Does it make your head hurt?
Don't search for a meaning,
Find what makes your life work
It's called free thinkin', you can burn in hell for that
Call it treason, free will brought me down this path
Why would gods need worship? (bc) Their love is an ego trip
Why do kings call for war? (bc) They'll never fight the battle field

Pope Is A Golden Oxxx
01:27
|
|||
Spillin' sins to a sinner
Concrete conscious, not worthy
The pope is royalty
Bow your head to your Father
No catholic is a bastard
Will they flock his golf cart in Hades?
Shout his name out like Jesus Christ?
The pope is irony, mockery
(solo by pope Benny XVI)
The pope is blasphemy

Same Product, NEW Brand
00:50
|
|||
How do you believe I sold out when I never bought in?
Got zero pride for the color of my skin
You're all segregators fightin' segregation
With same product, new brand manipulation
And your marketing plan is a cross and a torch short of a Klan congregation
White man holds a sign that says, fuck white pride
Black man holds a sign that says, fuck black pride
Brown man holds a sign that says, fuck brown pride
We all hold a sign that says, fuck racial pride

The lifeline of my telephone,
Blow breath into my lifeless home
As heartbeat of my TV set,
Be pounding pulse of internet
Candle light lay obsolesce,
A match head hunched in still distress
It's fucking ashes blown away
By the winds of technological progression
When the light goes out, a part of us will die
The other part mourns for the dim supply
Could this be a conspiracy?
The Gods themselves commit consumer sodomy? yes
Thus leading to the drain of our vein power line
The monitor's only channel display flat line

Insomniacs
00:37
|
|||
I'm awake ten hours a day
The other fourteen I dream away
Sun I rest, night I play
When I work, I work for pay
(If I work, if I work)
Insomniacs miss out on dreams
Insomniacs miss out on dreams
Insomniacs miss out on dreams

All that I recall is feeling myself fall, then waking into a world where everything was up to me
Float over the city, breathing underwater
It was a lovely night of lucidity
Where most people fly, where most people fly
All that I recall is waking up into another dream
It was like the old days of make believe, happening
Where most people fly, where most people fly

Laugh Track
00:44
|

I learned the best time to laugh is when you're not allowed to. The best time to have fun is when it isn't welcome. So everyone, rebel. The timing's wrong, so laugh like hell.

Rolled On Baseline
01:25
|
|||
My city's a feast for hungry police
I'm swerving the line 'cause my mind's out of reach
Rolled on baseline, again yes I did
I got rolled on baseline, again yes I did
Yeah, the local police, disturbing my piece
I'm serving some time 'cause my fine was too steep
Rolled on baseline, again yes I did
I got rolled on baseline, again yes I did
Here we go...

I'm Not Sorry, Irene
01:27
|
|||
THOSE DAYS WERE JUST LIKE CANDY
WE HAD SOMETHING SO SWEET
THAT'S WHEN THE SOUR FROM YOUR ACTIONS
RAN THE CANDY MAN OFF THE STREET
OHH THOSE DAYS WERE SIMILAR TO SAILING
WE HAD SOMETHING A FLOAT
THAT'S WHEN THE WAVE RIPPED FROM YOUR OCEAN
TO ROCK THE FUCKING BOAT
THERE'S STILL PLENTY OF SUGAR
AND THE SHIPWRECK CAN BE SALVAGED
WE CAN GET BACK ONTO WATER IF YOU'D NOT BE SO SELFISH
I'M NOT SORRY IRENE THIS SIDE OF YOU I DON'T LIKE SEEING
I'M NOT SORRY IRENE THIS SIDE OF YOU I DON'T LIKE SEEING

Death By Progress
01:18
|
|||
FIRE, then set fire to the police
Block out our natural sun
Destroy the planet, kill everyone
The only option left, the only option left: D.B.P.
Major profiteering from the murder you don't see
What really keeps 'em wealthy is the vast majority
So the only option left, the only option left: D.B.P.
Progress will reveal that we'll all kill us naturally
The only trace we'll leave behind is cash & gasoline
Most people will tell you that's the way it has to be
So the only option left, the only option left: D.B.P.

Five O' Clock News
03:14
|
|||
Got so much tellin' that I'm just not usin'
I don't care about the stories on the five o clock news
But I've got a destination, a real good chance
To stuff that ticket back in my pocket, and watch the train pass
It's gettin' dark outside,
it's just not somethin' that your face can hide
It's gettin' dark outside
Stranded on a sinking ship they told us was a cruise
Got our soul sound to gain, soul less singalongs to lose
With fear they've shoved in through your ear, they took you off your feet
This whole place is going under but you've got a front row seat
It's really dark outside
Are you down or will you run and hide?
It's fuckin' dark outside
Outside...
